How credits work.

Credits pay for the AI work. Chat, Plays, workflows, automations and background research all draw on the same balance, so there is one number to watch.

Each seat has its own monthly allowance. A yearly plan is billed once a year and still gives each seat its credits month by month.

You hear before you run low. Fractl Agents tells you in the app and by email when 80% and again when 95% of the month's allowance is used.

Nothing runs past zero without your say. At zero, new work waits until credits are added. If you switch on auto top-up, Fractl Agents charges your saved card for a set amount when you run low, up to a limit you choose for the month.

Extra credits come in packs of $10, $25, $50 or $100, at 100 credits per dollar. A pack lasts until the end of your month, and never less than 30 days.
